Peplink Technical Support

Peplink offers a free support service, active from Monday to Friday, and managed directly by the Vendor. All customers in possession of devices with valid warranty, have the right to open a request for assistance on the Peplink Ticketing Portal reporting the data of the device, a detailed description of the problem and a reference to be contacted for verification.

The requests made must only concern software and hardware malfunctions that affect the normal functionality of the device, or contain general questions on the use of the products.

Know IT has a complete and high quality pre-sales support for free technical information about Peplink and Poynting products and solutions; our team of experts is available to study together with each customer the most suitable solution for his needs. The service is available at sales@peplinksolutions.it from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

After-sales technical support Know IT

The team of Know IT technicians provides a technical assistance service, available at peplink.support@knowit.it. The service, available during normal office hours from Monday to Friday, does not include installation support, customizations and step-by-step configurations, which can be purchased separately through a dedicated service.
